Soon, the French pig producer Laurent Dartois will be taking another major step in his farm’s development. In 2026, he aims to complete the construction of a new nucleus farm for 500 Large White sows. His current farm in Guitté, Côtes d’Armor department, Brittany, has a capacity for 400 great grandparent (GGP) animals.
