Chile produced in total about 520,000 tonnes of pork in 2012. Making it Latin America’s number three, it is kind of interesting which percentages are made by others on this list. It’s not very surprising which country was at the top in 2012 – Brazil, by far the largest – produced 3,465,000 tonnes, achieving a 50% score for Latin America.
