PIC and Genetix/PIC-NL B.V. have renewed their 2011 partnership, driving genetic progress for farmers for nearly 15 years. The Genetic Distribution Agreement, effective January 2026, continues PIC-NL as PIC’s distributor for male and female genetics in the Netherlands.
Effective January 2026, GFS SCE (Germany) and PIC-NL (Netherlands) form a strategic partnership to boost semen/genetics availability for Dutch pig producers. GFS takes over the production operations of Preferent KI (semen collection, distribution, and invoicing), while PIC-NL will handle PIC terminal boar semen sales. GFS will also acquire Preferent KI’s production site in Landhorst and will lease the Lierop location, including its lab, temporarily.
