Maintaining gut health and achieving high growth performance are key drivers in modern and economical livestock production. Supplementing diets with a novel hydrolysed yeast product has been shown to efficiently improve these key drivers for the successful rearing of young animals, such as piglets. Weaning is considered as one of the most significant events in the life of a pig, accompanied by a high incidence of intestinal disturbances and diarrhoea, leading to suppressed growth performance.
